Lawrence H. Smith - Founder, President
Lawrence Smith is a veteran multimedia producer with over 40 years of extensive Producing and Executive Producing experience in Television, Music, Film and Web-Casting, constantly creating and developing innovative and new media ventures.
Lawrence Smith is a visionary and recognized for his outstanding abilities to initiate new business ventures. Through Smith’s extensive personal and business relations within the entertainment industry, he has the proven capacity to assemble and facilitate strong and accomplished production teams, establishing new privately owned or publicly held innovative business ventures within the entertainment and media industry.
Lawrence Smith is credited in helping to usher in “The Golden Age of Music Video” starting in 1980. Smith was the creator and executive producer of the very “first” weekly music television series “Hollywood Heartbeat,” hosted by Bob Welch of Fleetwood Mac which inspired the creation of MTV. “Hollywood Heartbeat” was aired in the U.S. in over 84 markets, including the “Top 10” markets, and was broadcast on ABC, CBS, NBC, independent networks, syndicated internationally by Gold key Media and was distributed internationally. Lawrence Smith executive produced the multi-platinum and award winning Warner Home Video “The Doors – Tribute to Jim Morrison”, which was MTV’s first concert special and has since become a rockumentary staple on music channels around the world. Lawrence Smith together with London’s Virtue Broadcasting UK and MSN/UK, executive produced one of the first, and that year’s most acclaimed, live worldwide web cast concerts: The Doors' Ray Manzarek "Light My Fire" - A Return To The Whisky a Go Go. Smith received his BA in Fine Arts from Fairleigh Dickinson University, Madison, New Jersey.

Pamela Vandenberg-Smith has over 20 years of experience in sales and marketing most recently enjoying a successful career in real estate, selling over $45 Million total in real estate, which placed her within the top 1% of sales and volume at Elite Realtors of New Jersey. Within the real estate business Vandenberg-Smith has been in charge of negotiating all contracts for buyers and sellers, handling all parts of the sales, advertising, marketing, branding and customer relations. Vandenberg-Smith’s previous positions have always been in advertising, marketing and fashion, holding positions such as Neiman Marcus’ Ralph Lauren Designer Sportswear Specialist. One of the highlights of her career included being the icon and spokesperson for Kraft foods’ top brand Altoids in 2001, which included representing their national award-winning Cinnamon Altoids campaign. Pamela is a graduate of the MDGO College in the Netherlands, with a degree in marketing and advertising.
