Before a single affiliate agreement was signed — before a single page of CasinoEntertainment.TV was built — Casino Entertainment Television obtained an active ACSIE license from the New Jersey Division of Gaming Enforcement. This license is the regulatory foundation that is part of the most defensible competitive advantages the platform has.

The New Jersey Division of Gaming Enforcement is widely regarded as the most rigorous gaming regulatory body in the United States. An ACSIE license from the DGE is not easily obtained — it requires background checks financial disclosures compliance reviews and ongoing regulatory oversight. Very few media companies hold this license. CETV is one of them.

The DGE license enables CETV to operate legally as a casino gaming affiliate in New Jersey — and provides the regulatory credibility to expand affiliate operations into additional states as sports betting and online gaming continue to legalize across America. Without the DGE license CETV's affiliate agreements would not be possible. With it CETV has a regulatory moat that no competitor can easily replicate.
